The Top Ten	Low Minimum Payout
These are our ten favourite "paid email" sites and the ones we personally have either earned the most from or see the most future potential in. There will be something for everyone in here and if you are new to PTR then these are the sites you really ought to be looking at before anything else. Most of these have paid us already as well and all are fast earners whether you build a downline or not.	Sites with a low minimum payout are often easier to reach payment at for those who are new to paid to read programs as you can get paid easily without building a downline. However, they also often have lower value links so they aren't always the best option. The sites listed here have minimum payouts of $5 and below but be aware link values may often be 1/4 cent or less whereas with medium and high minimum programs you can earn upto 5 cents and more per email.
Medium Minimum Payout	High Minimum Payout
Medium minimum payout sites require you to earn $5-$20 before you can claim you earnings. These sites usually have links valued at 1 cent and above and you are usually advised to seek out a couple of referrals if you want to be paid regularly although this isn't entirely necessary in all cases. These programs are probably best for anyone new to PTR or who doesn't want to build downlines although you will need a little patience. The high minimum payout sites are the best option if you either don't mind waiting a number of months to be paid or are definitely going to be looking to build a downline. Minimum payouts range from $20 right up to $150 here but as links values are typically 1 - 5 cents or even higher, the busier of these sites work out to be far better earners than the deceptive lower minimum sites.
